We proudly offer door-to-door international shipping across North America and Europe, including:
- North America: United States, Canada
- Europe & UK: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Australia, and select European Union countries.
2. Free Shipping Threshold & Rates
We offer transparent, shopper-friendly shipping rates to ensure a seamless experience:
- Free Worldwide Shipping: Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $40.00 USD or more.
- Standard Shipping Fee: For small orders under $40.00 USD, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery destination.
3. Order Processing & Transit Timelines
Every order goes through a rigorous quality check and safe packaging process before dispatch:
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed, quality-inspected, and packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Standard Transit Time: Once dispatched, standard international delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days to arrive, depending on your destination and local postal customs clearance.
Note on Peak Seasons: During major holiday shopping seasons or promotional periods, postal transit times may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
4. Order Tracking
Once your parcel has been handed over to our carrier, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing your direct tracking number and carrier tracking link. You can check the real-time movement of your package at any time.
5. Reinforced Packaging & Breakage Guarantee
Because ceramic plates, stoneware bowls, and glass serveware are delicate, we take extreme care in our packaging process:
- All items are wrapped in multi-layer eco-friendly protective cushioning and packed inside custom, drop-tested reinforced cardboard boxes.
- Fragile Item Guarantee: If any item arrives cracked or broken despite our protective measures, please email us a quick photo of the damaged piece within 7 days of delivery at service@hkshengda.com, and we will send a free replacement immediately.
6. Customs, Taxes & Duties
For most orders shipped to the United States, Canada, the UK, and EU countries, packages are cleared smoothly. However, import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees (if applicable) are determined by your local government standards and are the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout! If you need to modify your delivery address, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. DailyFeastTable is not responsible for delayed or lost packages resulting from incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
